Welcome to the Challenges page! Here you will find various activities aimed to improve mindfulness and promote mental health during a time of isolation. Since these challenges are to improve your well-being, we trust you are completing them. You can also click on 'past events' to view and complete past challenges. For each challenge you complete and log using the button below, your name will be put into a drawing for the monthly reward (see Rewards page).
